  I'm looking into getting an iPad for myself. I just want it to be able to watch videos, surf the internet, and play games that get annoying after using the small screen on my iPhone (like Words with Friends, Scrabble, and so on...) I would also need to eventually use Pages and Keynotes for my Senior year and possibly in college.
  I don't need it for iBooks, and I really don't need FaceTime because nobody I know has a Mac/iPhone 4. Photobooth would be fun to have, but I don't really need it.

  The new Apple iPad tablet 2 has a dual core processor with performance than the first due to double CPU Apple A5 but consume the same energy of the first version with A4. The display is backlit glossy widescreen Multi-Touch LED 9.7 "with IPS technology and a resolution of 1024 x 768 pixels at 132 ppi. There is no lack Wi-Fi (802.11 a / b / g / n) and Bluetooth 2.1 + EDR. It costs a bit too! (600 eur) I think only a fool who buys it has money to burn. I could buy a spoiled child who wants to play have some kind of handheld console. While the IPAD 1 costs 400 euros. For the advice I can give you can buy used IPAD 1 if you can find it under 200 euro. If you are very smart you buy a phone with Android models like samsung and pay less. If you're even smarter buy a used laptop equipped with Linux, and I will spend less and get a great device.
